We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following refund and return policy.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for apparel products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers can only return or exchange clothing of the same style.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fandusxtrm.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that certain items, including food supplements, skin care products, cosmetics, intimate clothing, and customized products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, non-quality issues such as appearance problems, flattening, wrinkling, or slight color fading of the product's outer box do not qualify for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take steps to resolve it.
Return Shipping Fee
If the product needs to be reissued due to product quality problems, we will cover the shipping cost. However, if the customer needs to change the style or size, they will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Additional Terms
The price of the product is subject to price fluctuations, and the selling price will prevail at the moment of placing the order. If there is a price adjustment or promotion after that, the difference will not be refunded.
In cases where the customer mistakenly transfers money, the extra amount can only be used for the next purchase in the form of a gift card. If the customer insists on a refund, a HKD$50 administrative fee will be charged each time.
